As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing critical customer lifecycle marketing campaign operations, orchestrating technical launches, and fostering collaboration across diverse technical and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of weekly customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring precision and impact.
  • Coordinate essential elements such as audience transfers, campaign preparation, quality assurance, and successful campaign launches.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, Database Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to maintain strict campaign timelines.
  • Facilitate weekly go/no-go meetings, aligning all stakeholders for successful campaign deployments.
  • Monitor live campaigns, proactively triage technical issues, perform initial root-cause analysis, and coordinate with appropriate technical teams for rapid resolution.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and enablement materials for new customer lifecycle marketing capabilities and platform enhancements.
  • Deliver effective training through written guides, live sessions, and recorded walkthroughs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are well-equipped to successfully adopt new processes and tools, maximizing efficiency and impact.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risk tracking to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Maintain clear communication calendars and organized project documentation.
  • Organize recurring meetings, coordinate agendas, and distribute timely meeting notes and action items.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical project or program management experience.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of the product development and release lifecycle, including requirements gathering, QA coordination, and production launches.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues, performing initial root-cause analysis, and coordinating resolution across engineering and data teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer lifecycle marketing platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Availability to support live campaign operations every Tuesday between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating technical documentation and training materials.
  • Familiarity with various project management and workflow tools.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, Six Sigma, or ITIL are a plus.
