Summary

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business needs and processes
- Document detailed requirements
- Assess feasibility/costs
- Recommend optimal solutions based on performance analysis and industry research
- Lead and manage projects
- Coordinate cross-functional activities
- Drive problem resolution to meet customer expectations
- Design and oversee release testing
- Review/approve system behavior to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Communicate and train stakeholders
- Prepare user documentation and communication plans
- Provide technical/user support as needed
Qualifications
- 12+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Experience in P&C billing, payments, policy integration, or finance systems preferred
- Proven ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience supporting cross functional delivery with engineering and operations (requirements to deployment)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform priorities and measure outcomes (SQL, Excel, or BI tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging stakeholders at multiple levels
- Familiarity with Agile practices and backlog management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with legacy system rationalization, migration planning, or integration mapping
- Knowledge of insurance billing platforms (e.g., Majesco) or payments integrations (OneInc, CollectOne, Adyen)
