About the Opportunity

The Technical Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging business needs and technology by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting project management. Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, and data requirements
• Perform preliminary cost-benefit analyses for decision support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with business objectives
• Support project management throughout project lifecycles
• Translate complex business needs into scalable IT solutions
• Drive strategic initiatives and contribute to digital transformation

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and IT stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies preferred
