Technical and Regulatory Compliance Program Manager

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within the Energy & Utilities space. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Promote Afinitas products to the engineering community
• Provide technical assistance and expertise as needed
• Secure necessary approvals for product sales in strategic regions
• Deliver technical presentations and develop materials to raise product awareness
• Evaluate regulatory changes and assist in developing business strategies
• Manage engineering expertise and oversee product testing projects
• Engage with customers and market to expand relationships and presence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or similar field
• Over 5 years of experience in a Civil Engineering role
• Preferably experienced in sales or technical sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly customer-oriented with exceptional customer service abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$120,000 – $140,000 annually
