About the role

As a Technical Analyst, you'll partner with clients and internal teams to support system integrations, data mapping, and technical solutions within Netsmart's CareFabric architecture. You'll troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and help connect healthcare technologies while developing strong technical, analytical, and consulting skills. This position is not available for visa sponsorship and is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, manage, and troubleshoot data and integration solutions for which you are responsible.
  • Address incoming requests for troubleshooting and configuration of the CareFabric architecture.
  • Deliver interfaces or data solutions across multiple Care Records/modules.
  • Establish connectivity and data mapping of 3rd party systems or Netsmart EHRs to enable data exchange.
  • Provide consultative support to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.

Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite in Overland Park, KS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Technology, Data Analytics, or similar. Equivalent 4 years of work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Builds collaborative relationships by interacting and engaging with internal associates and clients.
  • Prioritize multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Solve problems and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Potential travel up to 20% of the time as needed.
  • Position may require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel.
  • Ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Technical skills such as SQL and database management.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
    • Proactive approach to learning.
  • Preferred:
    • Internship in a business, clinical, analytical, and/or technical setting.
    • Exposure to automation tools like UI Path and data structures.
    • Understanding of coding languages such as C#, C++, or object-oriented programming.
