Responsibilities
- Drafting patent applications
- Analysis and preparation of replies to office actions
- Invention and disclosure meetings/calls with clients
- Prosecution of patent applications
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in patent application drafting and/or prosecution in a law firm setting
- A technical degree in the areas of inorganic chemistry; organic chemistry; or chemical engineering
- A Master’s or Doctorate in the relevant field is a plus, as is industry experience

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and experience.
