Responsibilities
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business strategy and architecture.
- Work closely with performance managers and quality assurance staff to review and analyze service provider problems.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve problems with service providers.
- Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to evaluate service requests and provider proposals.
- Advise on leveraging solutions across the enterprise and identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
- Provide input into the technical architecture for outsourcing projects.
- Coach and mentor junior technical staff.
- Act as a subject matter expert or technical leader/consultant on projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of IT experience within one or more specialty areas.
- Deep understanding of information systems, networking theory, and architecture standards.
- Expert/lead technical role proficiency, working on complex tasks and projects with high degrees of risk and impact.
- Ability to work in a consultative manner without providing administrative or management support.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This role is based in an onsite environment.
