About the role

AWS Global Services brings together experts from across AWS to help customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in AWS Enterprise Support, you will serve as the principal technical advisor and ‘voice of the customer’ for organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises. This is not a sales role but an opportunity to provide strategic technical guidance, drive adoption of AWS services, and ensure customers’ AWS environments remain operationally healthy and resilient.

The TAM role focuses on proactive engagement rather than hands-on troubleshooting. You will collaborate with AWS engineers and service teams to resolve issues while helping customers craft and execute strategies to leverage AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, and more. Your technical expertise and customer-facing skills will enable you to represent AWS effectively, drive discussions with senior leadership, and advocate for best practices in support, risk management, and operational health.

This position requires travel of 10% or more as needed.
