Responsible for
- Planning, scheduling, coordinating and assigning work for Tech Services teams.
- Ensuring the on-time completion of work orders, the efficient use of resources, and the quality of the work order data.
- Driving reliability concepts through PM creation and upkeep.
- Reviewing, organizing, and coordinating all incoming non-emergent work orders.
- Conducting daily qualification of all completed work orders. Editing data and providing constructive feedback to technicians to improve the efficiency and quality of the work order data.
- Providing feedback to supervisors on most appropriate staffing levels and work schedules.
- Planning and organizing regular equipment preventative and predictive maintenance functions for all fluid utilities assets and coordinating with Operations to manage the annuals/REOs for production-based equipment.
- Creating and enhancing PM reference procedures and providing training on these documents.
- Creating parts lists and kits for PM's and ensuring that all items are on hand as needed by working with purchasing and inventory groups.
- Organizing and managing the assignment of predictive documentation responsibilities associated with Planned Work.
Qualifications
- In addition to the responsibilities listed above, other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as dictated by business necessity.
- Average of 5 years experience in industrial maintenance environment.
- Associates Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- CMRP Certification preferred.
- Proficient with Oracle EAM, Viziya and MS windows products like Excel and Word, or other work order management system.
- Previous experience with project management/work scheduling preferred.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance tech work responsibilities and requirements.
- General electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical.
- Advanced knowledge of EAM and Viziya system operations and would be considered the departments subject matter expert.
- Good working knowledge of materials ordering processes as well as appropriate materials for work area.
- Advanced CMMS knowledge and good understanding on blue print reading.
- Exceptional working knowledge of computer software, including Excel, Word, and be proficient with Oracle EAM or other work order management system.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Skill in optimizing team performance and labor utilization.
- Skilled in effectively multi-tasking.
- Strong inter-personal skills with an emphasis on customer service, negotiation, and the ability to deal with conflict and ambiguity effectively.
- Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively cross-functionally.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Manages through rapid change.
