Scheduler
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including sequencing of work, durations, and phasing
- Utilize scheduling software such as Primavera/Expedition to manage and track project timelines
- Analyze project schedules to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement
- Review and evaluate contractor schedules for accuracy and compliance
- Support the analysis of claims, time extensions, and associated cost impacts
- Cover coordination with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure schedule alignment
- Monitor project progress and provide updates on schedule performance
- Support scheduling for new construction, renovations, and additions
- Perform related duties as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction scheduling
- Demonstrated experience in New York City buildings projects
- Proficiency in Primavera/Expedition or similar scheduling software
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, phasing, and project timelines
- Experience analyzing delays, claims, and time impacts
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across project teams
Pay
Expected salary range is $110,000 – $125,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
