Position Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with customer inquiries
• Clean, inspect, and service Safety Equipment
• Fill breathing air cylinders
• Issue safety equipment to customers
• Build positive customer relationships
• Restock inventory and maintain accurate counts
• Abide by specific customer contract agreements
• On call as needed - Some OT, nightshift, and weekends are required
• Perform other related duties as required

Essential Skills And Experience

• Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment
• Strong customer service background
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task activities and shift priorities

Nonessential Skills And Experience

• Refinery experience

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand and walk for long periods of time; sit; bend; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear.
• The employee may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal but can be greater when using equipment.
