Risks Prevention Plan

The risks prevention plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (personnel and equipment).

Responsibilities

• Apply the maintenance strategy to equipment criticality.
• Implement and include process influent parameters in maintenance plans (including contribution to the control of the process).
• Effectively optimize intervention effectiveness through analysis of maintenance results and implementation of necessary actions.
• Optimize maintenance costs by improving operational efficiency, reducing energy and spare parts consumption.
• Apply the steps and tools of MMW and maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
• Ensure the durability of equipment, especially by addressing obsolescence cases.
• Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create training and succession plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in applying a risks prevention plan and maintaining safety standards.
• Knowledge of and experience with implementing and optimizing maintenance strategies.
• Ability to analyze and implement necessary actions based on maintenance results.
• Understanding of cost optimization techniques and their application in maintenance.
• Experience in applying MMW and maintaining orderliness and cleanliness.
• Experience in ensuring equipment durability and addressing obsolescence cases.
• Experience in adapting resources and creating training and succession plans.

Skills

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management.
• Proficiency in implementing and optimizing maintenance strategies.
