Responsibilities
- Supervise occupational therapists and speech therapists in outpatient settings
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Train and mentor staff members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in staff meetings and departmental activities
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Disciple
- Valid VA License in Disciple
- BLS certification
- At least 3 years of clinical rehab experience as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist
