Team Solutions Engineer - Enterprise

About the role

This role supports business sales by leveraging technical expertise to design and present wireless communication solutions that meet customer needs. It involves consulting on customer opportunities, architecting solutions — including hands-on API-based integrations for Employee Choice and platform connectivity — and providing technical support during sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams by consulting on customer needs and designing tailored wireless communication solutions to drive opportunity development
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, including API and Technical Portal capabilities, to address customer inquiries and facilitate informed decision-making
• Design, test, and support API-enabled solutions (e.g., Employee Choice, Technical Portal, client integrations), including hands-on configuration and validation, in partnership with Product Architects and CX teams
• Maintain and update technical expertise through training and certification in wireless technologies, API/integration frameworks, and industry developments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback, support special projects, and engage in market-level initiatives
• Afford assistance with post-sale support activities including troubleshooting, escalation management, API/integration support, and customer training sessions
• Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM area of study (preferred)
• 2-4 years experience in telecommunications, IT administration, network engineering, or API/systems integration roles — including direct hands-on work with REST APIs, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), or integration platforms — with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment (required)
