About the role

Team Member in Operations, reporting to the General Manager. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, cleaning and stocking, processing payments, preparing and serving food, and other duties to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service through positive, helpful interactions with travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process and receive payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Follow food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product temperatures.
• Complete kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and carrying of at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand instructions, correspondence, and policy documents, and converse comfortably with customers.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
