Team Member in Operations (Non-Exempt) reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through positive, helpful interactions with travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, accurately process and receive payments, and follow customer service and cash handling policies.
• Follow proper food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product temperatures.
• Complete kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, company policies, and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and carrying of at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents; converse comfortably with customers.
• Available for a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
