About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about preparing fresh, beautiful, and delicious fruit arrangements, chocolate dipped fruit boxes and more to our customers. Responsibilities

• Aid customers with selecting and customizing edible fruit arrangements.
• Prepare and assemble fresh fruit products according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and display areas.
• Ensure quality control by checking the freshness and appearance of all produce.
• Handle daily sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory management and restocking efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
