Team Member - Swim Instructor

Responsibilities

• Engage with children in swimming lessons
• Support instructors in maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
• Help maintain equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of classes

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with children
• Basic first aid certification (will be provided)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required

Skills

• Swimming instructor certification (will be provided)
• First aid/cpr certification
