What We’re Looking For
- No prior swim experience required—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must enjoy working with kids and bring high energy every day
- Comfortable working in the water for at least 25 hours/week
- Availability to work evenings (3pm–9pm) and at least one weekend day (7:30am–5pm)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain active on your feet for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED required
