Responsibilities

• Provide training in a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure our teachers can give great lessons for all students.
• Part-time team member positions with consistent schedules.
• Average pay rate of $17.00 upon completion of training.
• Company paid Lifeguard and CPR certifications (completed on-site).
• Clear career path with opportunities for growth into leadership.
• Fun team events, contests, and celebrations.

Requirements

• Previous swimming experience not required.
• Positive attitude and enjoys having fun.
• Must complete a background check upon offer.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods.
• Able to work in the water for at least 15 hours per week.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day.
