Team Member Specialist
Location: Bellevue, NE | Service Line: Hillcrest Caring Companions | Schedule: Full-time
About the role
Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Team Member Specialist to join our Hillcrest Caring Companions team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, connecting with people, moving quickly, and creating a great first impression. As the Team Member Specialist, you will help identify and hire quality caregivers while creating an onboarding experience that gets new team members excited, prepared, and ready to succeed.
At Hillcrest, our mission is simple: Inspiring people to live their best lives. In this role, you will help bring that mission to life by finding great people who are passionate about caring for others and helping them start their Hillcrest journey on the right foot.
Recruiting for Caring Companions is about more than filling openings. Every caregiver you hire helps Hillcrest provide dependable care and support to someone who wants to remain safe, comfortable, and independent. That means the work you do has a direct impact. You may spend your morning reviewing applications, your afternoon interviewing candidates, and the rest of the day sourcing, following up, coordinating onboarding, and making sure the next great caregiver does not slip through the cracks. If you enjoy people, recruiting, variety, and the challenge of finding great talent, this could be a great fit.
