Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.

- Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust.
- Maintain a premium brand feel in a fast-paced, high traffic environment using elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors.
- Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
- Move with urgency and efficiency, prioritizing the customer experience.
- Leverage company tools, resources, and team support to handle changes and challenges calmly and professionally.

Requirements
- Availability Requirements: Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), at least 14 hours of open availability between both Saturday and Sunday, at least one closing across Saturday and Sunday, available for 3 closing shifts.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Customer Service Passion: A genuine desire to help others and a passion for customer service.
- Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Eagerness to Learn: Eagerness to learn and grow!
- Feedback Openness: Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Product Knowledge: A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able to stand and remain physically active, move around all areas of the store, and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift.
- Ability to Lift: Able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
