Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
- Create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
- Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust.
- Maintain a premium brand feel with elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors in a fast-paced, high traffic environment.
- Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
- Use company tools, resources, and team support to handle changes and challenges with calmness and professionalism.
- Be flexible and step into different zones of the store as needed.
- Show curiosity, ask questions, and take feedback seriously to continuously improve your work.
- Bring energy and intention to every shift, contributing to a positive team culture.
- Communicate openly and professionally, listen actively, and collaborate with your team to drive results and support the customer experience.
- Inspire yourself and others by taking initiative and creating a supportive environment for growth and success.
Requirements
- Available weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- At least 14 hours of open availability between Saturday and Sunday.
- At least one closing shift available for Saturday and Sunday.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Eagerness to learn and grow!
- Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
- Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values.
- Ability to stand and remain physically active, move around all areas of the store, and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
