Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
  • Create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
  • Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust.
  • Maintain a premium brand feel with elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors in a fast-paced, high traffic environment.
  • Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Move with urgency and efficiency, prioritizing the customer experience.
  • Embrace coaching and change with professionalism, adapting quickly and focusing on development.
  • Be curious, ask questions, and take feedback seriously to continuously improve.
  • Bring energy and intention to every shift, driving results and inspiring others.
  • Hold yourself to a high standard of excellence, fostering a high-performing culture.

Requirements

  • Availability Requirements: Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), at least 14 hours of open availability between Saturday and Sunday, at least one closing shift.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Qualifications: Passion for customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced, premium retail environment, strong communication skills, eagerness to learn and grow, previous retail, service, or hospitality experience a plus, a fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values, physical ability to stand, move around, bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds.
