Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.

Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel, even in a fast paced, high traffic environment.
Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
Become an expert in our company tools, resources, and the support of your team.
Remain calm, clear, and prioritize the customer when things change or challenges come up.
Be flexible and step into different zones of the store as needed.
Embrace coaching and change with professionalism, adapt quickly, and stay focused on your development.

Requirements
Availability Requirements: Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
At least 14 hours of open availability between both Saturday and Sunday
At least one closing across Saturday and Sunday
Available for 3 closing shifts
You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism
Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Eagerness to learn and grow!
Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values
Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
