Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
  • Create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
  • Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust.
  • Maintain a premium brand feel with elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors in a fast-paced, high traffic environment.
  • Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Move with urgency and efficiency, prioritizing the customer experience.
  • Leverage company tools, resources, and team support to handle changes and challenges calmly and professionally.
  • Step into different zones of the store as needed, embracing learning agility and coaching.
  • Be curious, ask questions, and continuously improve your work based on feedback.
  • Bring energy and intention to every shift, contributing to a high-performing culture.
  • Inspire yourself and others by collaborating, taking initiative, and creating a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
  • At least 14 hours of open availability between Saturday and Sunday
  • At least one closing across Saturday and Sunday
  • Available for 3 closing shifts
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities
  • Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values
  • Ability to stand and remain physically active, move around all areas of the store, and be accessible to customers
  • Must be able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly
