Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
  • Create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
  • Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to support each customer and build trust.
  • Maintain a premium brand feel with elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors.
  • Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Leverage company tools, resources, and team support to handle changes and challenges.
  • Bring energy and intention to every shift, contributing to the collective Drive Results.
  • Communicate openly and professionally, listen actively, and support a team culture built on trust.
  • Inspire yourself and others through collaboration, initiative, and creating a thriving environment.
  • Celebrate what makes each customer and Team Member unique, championing our mission through inclusivity and passion.

Requirements

  • Available weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with at least 14 hours of open availability between both days.
  • At least one closing shift available on both Saturday and Sunday.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Efficiency in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
  • Previous retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
  • A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values.
  • Able to stand and remain physically active, moving around all areas of the store, and being accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift.
  • Able to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
