Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
  • Create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
  • Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to support each customer and build trust.
  • Maintain a premium brand feel with elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors.
  • Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Leverage company tools, resources, and team support to handle changes and challenges.
  • Embrace learning agility, coaching, and change with professionalism, adapting quickly and focusing on development.
  • Be curious, ask questions, and take feedback seriously to improve daily performance.
  • Bring energy and intention to every shift, contributing to the collective Drive Results.

Requirements

  • Availability Requirements: Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), at least 14 hours of open availability between Saturday and Sunday, and at least one closing across Saturday and Sunday.
  • Available for 3 closing shifts.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow!
  • Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values.
  • Ability to stand and remain physically active, move around all areas of the store, and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
