Responsibilities

• Assist with front line food preparation procedures
• Wipe down tables and maintain a clean dining room and parking lot
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service
• Consistent quality product portions
• Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment while abiding by all safety rules, policies and procedures
• Tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., stooping for extensive portions of time
• Tolerate extreme temperatures and noise levels in the work area
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Read and follow recipes
• Have good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods
