Responsibilities

• Assist with front line food preparation procedures.
• Wipe down tables and maintain a clean dining room and parking lot.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service.
• Maintain consistent quality product portions.
• Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment while abiding by all safety rules, policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping for extended periods.
• Tolerate extreme temperatures and noise levels in the work area.
• Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Be able to read and understand recipes.
• Have good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some high school courses preferred.
