Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our Dash In team. Dash In is a chef-inspired food concept aiming to revolutionize the 24/7 retail environment. We're looking for a Back of House (BOH) team to craft delicious meals and provide an extraordinary food service experience.

What You'll Do

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines to create culinary delights.
• Keep prep levels fresh and ensure everything is ready to serve.
• Restock, organize, and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Handle deliveries and ensure they are properly placed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Connect with guests to deliver a personalized experience.
• Operate food service equipment proficiently.
• Use proper lifting techniques for handling heavy containers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or completion of our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, preferably as a line cook or prep cook
• Customer service experience
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Able to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Active ServSafe certification or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills

Pay and Schedule

The pay rate is $15.50 - $18.00 per hour, plus $1 for overnight shifts. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.
