Responsibilities

• Helping students reach their full potential through training in a welcoming and supportive environment
• Providing continuous training and opportunities for growth
• Working in a fun and inclusive team environment
• Working at least one weekend day

Requirements

• Positive attitude and enjoys having fun
• Previous swimming experience not required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods
• Ability to work in the water for at least 15 hours per week
• Willingness to work at least one weekend day
• Completion of a background check upon offer
