Responsibilities
- Help students reach their full potential through training in a welcoming and supportive environment
- Provide continuous training and opportunities for growth
- Work in a fun and inclusive team setting
- Be available for at least one weekend day
Requirements
- Positive attitude and enjoys having fun
- Previous swimming experience not required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods
- Willingness to work at least 15 hours per week in the water
- Completion of a background check upon offer
