Moe's Southwest Grill is seeking team members to join our dynamic and welcoming environment. This role involves optimizing restaurant sales, controlling costs, and providing a quality guest experience through adherence to quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Follow brand standards, company rules, and policies as assigned by the supervisor.
- Deliver a quality guest experience by greeting guests and taking orders accurately in a friendly manner.
- Prepare certain food items and maintain quality standards of the products prepared.
- Handle cash accurately and efficiently.
- Confirm accuracy of food and beverage orders and deliver them to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests.
- May be responsible for cleaning various stations or food production/storage areas.
Requirements
Age requirements must be met. Some positions may require a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients, as well as familiarity with the step-by-step procedure for making various food and beverage products, is required.
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions are essential.
