Crew Member Duties

• Prepare certain food items as per brand standards and recipes.
• Greet guests and take orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• Maintain stations in a clean and orderly manner.
• Absorb and apply knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients.
• Familiarize with step-by-step procedures for making various food and beverage products.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and confirm delivery to guests.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Deliver food and drink orders to guests.
• Contribute to a quality guest experience by adhering to service standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Support cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests.
• May assist in cleaning various stations or food production/storage areas.

Qualifications

• Must meet age requirements.
