Responsibilities

• Help prepare food and beverages
• Expertly serve guests
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
• Run alongside team members for continuous learning and advancement

Requirements

• Fluently speak/read English
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• Age 16 or older (per applicable law)
• Able to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• Have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills

Qualifications

• Experience not required, but a passion for serving guests is essential
• Open to all backgrounds, coffee-lovers and non-coffee-lovers are welcome
