About the role

If you are ready to work, have fun and bring a smile to a guest each day, then becoming a Team Member is for you. Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. Their personalities are what sets us apart from the competition. Oh, and our bagels – let’s not forget about those!

Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests from the moment they walk in.
• Create a positive guest experience through excellent customer service.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
• Keep the store environment safe and clean.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant), weekends, and holidays.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.

Pay

Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position. The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
