About the role

The award-winning Mission Yogurt is seeking Team Members to join their team at Einstein Bros Bagels on Concourse B at the Denver Airport. As a leading airport concessionaire, they combine fast-paced hospitality with a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service.
• Affirmatively assess work-related issues in a professional manner and exercise honest, non-biased judgment.
• Ensure safety and security of both guests and team members.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station including equipment; adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Be an expert on the menu and prepare menu items according to customer orders, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary.
• Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
• Adhere to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.

• Sure all operating and quality standards are met.
• Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a cashier, team member, and customer service.
• Prior experience working in the back of house as a prep cook or line cook is strongly preferred.
• Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Affirmatively assess work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.
• Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 18 & must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
• Must have basic food preparation skills or a willingness to learn.

Pay

$18.00/hr. + TIPS*

Schedule

Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours.
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
