About the role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team at Goodwill Greater Milwaukee and Chicago. Our mission is to support people with barriers to employment by providing them with the skills and opportunities to succeed in the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations and maximizing revenue.
• Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, sort donations, and assist in maintaining a smooth customer service experience.
• Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, assist customers, and provide excellent customer service.
• Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, ring up sales, and inform them of the impact of their purchases.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
• Able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards.

Starting rate at $15.00 per hour! Ask about our Employee Referral Program for more details on how to earn $250 or more per referral.
