About the role
We are looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team at Goodwill Greater Milwaukee and Chicago. Your work here can make a significant impact, both in your career and in the lives of those you serve.
Responsibilities
- Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations and maximizing revenue.
- Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, sort donations, and assist in maintaining a smooth customer service experience.
- Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, assist customers, and provide excellent customer service.
- Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, ring up sales, and inform them of the impact of their purchases.
Requirements
- One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
- Able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
- Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards.

Pay
The starting rate is $15.00 per hour. Refer a friend to earn up to $250 or more!
