Responsibilities
- Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations and maximizing revenue.
- Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, sort donations, and assist in delivering excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, assist customers, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, accurately ring up sales, and inform them of the impact of their purchases.
Requirements
- One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
- Able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
- Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards.
Qualifications
Flexible scheduling, early access to wages, and 20% store discount are offered. Certain roles are eligible to participate in an incentive plan.

Pay
Starting rate at $15.00 per hour. Refer a friend to earn up to $250 or more.
