Responsibilities

• Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations and strategically pricing them according to our guidelines to maximize revenue.
• Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, sort donations, and assist in maintaining the production area.
• Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, assist customers, and provide excellent customer service.
• Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, accurately ring up sales, and inform them of the impact of their purchases.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.

Starting rate at $15.40 per hour. Refer a friend for an additional $250 or more.
