We are looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team at Goodwill Greater Milwaukee and Chicago. Your work here can make a significant impact on the lives of those with barriers to employment.

Responsibilities

• Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations and maximizing revenue.
• Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, sort donations, and assist in maintaining a fun work environment.
• Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, provide excellent customer service, and help customers find what they need.
• Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, ring up sales, and inform them of the impact of their purchases.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
• Able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards.

Pay

Starting rate at $15.00 per hour. Refer a friend to earn up to $250 more per referral.
