• Production Associates: Price donations according to guidelines to maximize mission impact. Meet pricing goals while discovering unique items daily. Maintain an efficient flow of donations to support the sales floor.
• Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, accept donations, and organize the production area. Play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to donors and team members.
• Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, assist customers in finding items, and serve as Goodwill ambassadors. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Cashiers: Build customer relationships, process sales transactions, and share how purchases support Goodwill’s mission. Deliver exceptional customer service to create positive impressions.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds while upholding customer service standards.

Compensation is determined based on education, experience, internal equity, and market demands. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive plans, subject to terms and conditions.
