Responsibilities

Production Associate

• Price donations according to guidelines to maximize mission funding.
• Achieve pricing goals while maintaining an efficient flow of donations.
• Discover and handle a variety of donated items daily.
• Support a smooth customer service experience on the sales floor.

Donation Attendant

• Greet and thank donors while carefully accepting donations.
• Sort and organize donations to keep the production area efficient.
• Deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members.
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.

Sales Floor Associate

• Organize the sales floor to make it easy for customers to find items.
• Provide outstanding customer service and answer questions about Goodwill.
• Build relationships with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Act as an ambassador for Goodwill’s mission.

Cashier

• Build relationships with customers and accurately process sales transactions.
• Inform customers how their purchases support Goodwill’s mission.
• Ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression of Goodwill.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.

Pay

Starting rate at $15.00 per hour. Compensation within the salary range considers education, experience, internal equity, and market demands. Certain roles may be eligible for an incentive plan.
