Positions Available

• Production Associate

  Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations for sale on the sales floor. Achieve pricing goals and strategically price items to maximize mission impact. Maintain an efficient flow of donations to ensure a smooth customer experience. Every day brings new discoveries!

• Donation Attendant

  Greet and thank donors while carefully accepting their donations. Keep the production area organized by sorting incoming donations and deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members.

• Sales Floor Associate

  Organize the sales floor to make it easy for customers to find what they’re looking for. Serve as a Goodwill ambassador by providing outstanding customer service and answering questions about our mission and donations.

• Cashier

  Build relationships with customers, accurately process sales transactions, and share how purchases support Goodwill’s mission. Customer service excellence is key to ensuring a positive experience for every shopper.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors

Pay

Starting rate is $15.00 per hour. Compensation within the range considers education, experience, internal equity, and market demands. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive plans, though participation does not guarantee payment.
