Team Member

Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members prepare food and beverages to Dunkin’ operational standards, provide friendly guest service, and keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items such as cups and lids at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment
• Punctual, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change
• Guest-focused

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Standing on feet for extended periods
• Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching
• Lifting objects up to 20 lbs (e.g., boxes, ice, product)
• Working in a small, confined space
