About the role

We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery—their personalities set us apart from the competition. We are looking for true brand ambassadors who are excited to promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.

What you'll do

• Make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in
• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve
• Keep a safe and clean store environment

What we're looking for

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
