About the role

We are seeking Team Members to join our breakfast and dinner-focused bakery. With a commitment to genuine New York-style bagels and real Vermont cream cheese, we offer a flexible schedule and competitive pay. Our stores close at 2 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest feels welcomed from their first interaction
• Create a positive guest experience by promoting the brand
• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of food and beverages served
• Keep the store environment safe and clean

Requirements

• At least 16 years old
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours and weekends
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required
• Tips eligible subject to state regulations

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently
• Position may require working early hours (as early as 3 AM)

Pay

$14.00 - $21.00 per hour, starting pay subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.

Schedule

No evening or night shifts, flexible schedule with closing at 2 PM.
