About the role
Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. Their personalities are what sets us apart from the competition. As a Team Member, you’ll ensure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in. We’re looking for true brand ambassadors excited to promote the company by creating a positive guest experience. You’ll take pride in providing excellent guest service, ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve, and keeping a safe and clean store environment.
Responsibilities

- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3am), weekends, and holidays as business dictates
- Able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours (reasonable accommodations may be made)
Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required
